HVAC Optimization for Hotel

About the Project

Upgrading chiller plant and installing IoT controls for a 4-star hotel in Bangalore. Expected to save 120,000 kWh per year through advanced magnetic bearing technology.

This project involves the replacement of an aging centrifugal chiller with a state-of-the-art magnetic bearing chiller. The new system is 40% more efficient at part-load conditions, which is typical for hotel operations. We are also integrating an AI-driven Building Management System (BMS) that optimizes cooling based on occupancy and ambient temperature forecasts.
